Not to be a smart *** but when have we ever jumped right into free agency and snagged players anyways? At least Rod Graves has an excuse for only being able to do one contract at a time for a few days.

Baldinger specifically said he thought Manning was going to the Cards. But who knows what he knows....Lombardi and LaCanfora seem to be more connected.

I was about to say the same thing - I think we fans are being played.

Usually when I feel I'm being played, I "refuse to play."

Sooner or later, the Manning situation will be resolved. Until then, I'll let my "20% likelihood" prognosis stand and go work on my taxes or something.

One thing is certain. From day one... reporters, pundits and "sources" have been playing catchup. They'll finally get it right a minute after PM makes his decision.

Apparently a radio guy over there just said on air that per "sources"(may I just add that Denver seems to have a lot of sources because no other city media has these sources), anyways back to topic, the guy stated that" Manning was not impressed with Fitz at the Sunday meeting".

Look, I can see a lot of reasons for Manning to not of liked the Sunday meeting, but now the Denver media is making crap up with this Fitz stuff.

Keep in mind that there are many media personalities in Denver that are trying to become the next Schefter who maed it by having great sources inside the league. Most however are jst trying to hit something by throwing everything at the wall.

In truth, Manning knows where he will go, and everyone else is just reading tea leaves.

My gut still says Arizona, and we end up paying him a huge contract.
