The funniest thing is, as bad as the Cards have of a reputation of being cheap, they seem to deal well with the most notorious agents.

Made my weekend. Maybe other FA 's will want to sign here now. :D

This is great in so many respects. From now on, all free agents, and our draft picks, can have no doubt they will get paid by the Bidwills if they deserve it. You could've argued that with Dockett, Wilson, Warner, but now there is no arugment at all.

You dont sign Dockett, Wilson, Kolb and Larry to these kind of deals just to appease fans and sell tickets, Mike wants to WIN NOW. Notice it's him up there with Larry, not Whis or Graves. :)

Love it, I'm so freakin happy about this.

Watchin the conference, Larry almost got choked up there for a second. :)

I am as please as punch with this. I have 3 Cardinal jerseys with players' names on them and Fitz is the only one to play his entire career for the Cards. The other 2 are Plummer and Emmett Smith.

Outstanding. If this goes through we'll finally have that number two receiver everyone was whining about. Now, if we could just find a number one.

It's DONE! I just watched the presser.

Sure but can we really believe those guys? Most of them have ties to the front office and Larry's group is probably just telling us what we want to hear. I'm going to remain skeptical about this for at least 8 more years.

Wow !!! Just WOW !!! I just saw the presser with Michael B. and Larry Fitz. It is done and completed. The details are great, but I was so excited that I can't even tell you how much he is getting. I believe it is for 8 years. Fitz. said that when they called and asked him to come in, he wasn't sure if they wanted him to run routes, or catch passes or just what. He brought his cleats just in case.

With this coming up on the deadline of Sept 4 rather quickly now, I am TOTALLY RELIEVED of the anxiety that has been building for awhile now. I was genuinely worried that something bad was going to stop the process. I guess that all the parties must have felt the time was now, especially light of the bad news last night of Ryan William' injury. In any event, Fitz is signed. The sky is not falling, and all the little kiddies in fairytale land are happy once again. My thanks to all the concerned parties for going the extra mile to get this finally done. God bless you all.

I can't believe those idiot Cardinals would tie up that much money in the WR position. WRs only touch the ball 5-6 times a game and don't have near the impact other positions do. Stupid move. :p
