No doubt about it. The Suns are terrible at stopping drives to the basket. That's one of the reasons they need to add a rim protector.

I think Oubre qualifies but the Suns need more.

Incidentally, THIS is why I do not think James Jones has properly earned trust to put together an NBA roster. These deficiencies were obvious starting with draft night, and he only exacerbated them by adding Kaminsky to the mix.

maybe you've seen it from Ouchie, or me, or a host of others who said the exact same thing during the off-season. We just don't need to repeat ourselves every game and demand credit for saying it because we don't live off the validation of others that you seemingly crave more than anything else on the internet.

Last year's team was at least more balanced, albeit awfully coached.

Rubio and Baynes were good acquisitions, but everything else James Jones did with the roster in the offseason was garbage.

Okobo played really well. He is not a pure point guard but he makes up for it on offense.

Suns might have their backup point guards in Okobo and Jerome.

Jerome will never have the athletic ability to defend at the NBA level. He will be out of the league when his rookie contract is up. Much better suited to Europe, as are Cam, Saric, Kaminsky and probably Okobo.
