    todays game is an early game?

    The one thing I loved when I moved from Missouri to AZ 35 years ago was the 10 AM start to the games. Now with sunday night football it is a full day of football. It is 8 now and with NFL network the pregame started at 7AM.

    I don't think Cleveland was a good test of Anderson's skill and will be much better in AZ. Hoping the preseason was not a good indication of how the running game will work. Expect the Cards to be more balanced this year. Worst case: 10-6 Best case 13-3 Wins...

    I also have faith in Matty. I thought he had some decent games when he was first drafted. He did have a terrible preseason before the 2008 season. I believe he will have learned alot playing behind and watching Kurt.

    I personally like Carr at Fresno and would like to see him and Leinart compete for job. I think Matt will be able to do the job with an improved running game. Hell I would like to see Plummer with these receivers.

    To me Dockett is one of the guys you do what you can to keep him. He also has completely outperformed his contract. If we end up losing Dansby and Boldin ( which I hope not) we cannot lose Dockett also.

    Edgerrin James honorary Colts team captain.

    Good for you Edge. Like was posted earlier he was a workhorse for us and seldom lost yardage when he carried the ball. Thomas Jones when he was here was constantly losing yardage when he was with us. After Stump Mitchell left the RB position was hard to fill.

    Shouldn't QB's be running to come here?

    When Warner lost his job in St. Louis I thought he was done. Then when he lost his job in NY I wondered why we would bother to bring him in. Boy am I glad nobody listens to me. Hpefully some of Kurt's intensity will rub off on Matt.

    Dansby

    To me this team needs to find some way to make Dockett happy. He has been by far the best player on the DLine. I would also take care of Q if possible but am not sure what kind money he is asking for. Dansby would be third on my list.
