I'm pirating this from another board, but someone posted this 1-line blurb from Fox Sports:
"Chargers trying to trade Brees? Two teams have...
Ahh, those were the days!! Recovering alcoholic here. Spent some time with friends and then went to Church for the 11 - midnite mass. Saw plenty of police pulling people over on the way home!!!
Hey Jim,
I may be headed your direction as I have had a respiratory infection with fluids building for 5 weeks. Let me know where the hot nurses are!!
Best wishes, get home soon!
Matt
Agreed and apologies for the poor manner of posting the thought. I love the Quan and what he did for us this year but I have also seen too many players suddenly decide they are too good for the Cardinals. I hope Boldin does not become one of them.
I have been away from the board for over two months and am enjoying myself by asking questions I am interested in. Don't like my posts, DON"T READ THEM!!!! Live and let live bro and lose the attitude. No need to judge others posts, just don't read them.
Seeing what so many other quality players have done in the past and managed to come down with Simeonitis and left the Cards as soon as they could, do you foresee Boldin doing something like that in the future or do you think he is dedicated to working it through with the Cards?
Perhaps he did play like an average rookie 1st round 17th(?) pick, I guess it was Boldin's performing like a pro bowler that makes Bryant look so much less impressive.
What do the Cardinals do with a first round draft pick that played all season like a 5th rounder? Trade, develop or "You're crazy, it's way to early in his career to tell"?
Wacked Stats (yes this is just a bunch of BS to humor myself) -

With AZ - 12-20, won 37.5% of games, drop of 17.6%
Green with Minnesota -
97-62, won 63.8% of games
Estimated results in AZ based on Ryans performance under the...
Talk is cheap, remember that "winner in town" Buddy Ryan. Everyone was high on him when he came. We need a Parcells type with the strength to tell the Bidwills to stay the hell out of football operations. I am sorry and I know I will catch a lot of $h!t for this but I don't know if any coach...
Umm, agreed. Levity? I don't find a hurricane that is headed towards my fathers house all that lighthearted, cheerful or humorous. But, at least it is off topic!!! :?

Look forward to being Mr Mom. I have had 9 great months to bond with my 4 and 5 year old that I never would have had I not been laid off. BUT, after 9 months, I am beyond ready to get my arse back to work.
