    Squirrels & acorns... ...And Cardinals.

I may be wrong but I think the NFL gets a huge cut of playoff ticket sale money and it is distributed across the NFL.

We signed our punter Ben Graham today.

I have a lot of respect for Graham. After his groin injury he kept punting and after he punted you could see he almost passed out from the pain. It made me hurt to watch him punt. He took one for the team and I'm sure Whiz and company remember that.

Cards sign 3 today | NOT KURT WARNER!

How can you say that, you being home boys and such?

    OT: Seattle signs Houshmenzedeh

Disagree completely. Housh is a possession reciever nothing more nothing less. That's why he was upset about not having as many suitors as he expected. Lets look at facts. TJ was 6th in the league with 92 receptions last year but his yards per catch was terrible at 9.8 per reception. For...

OT: Antonio Cromartie possibly on trading block

How could San Deigo and Arizona make the playoffs with both having such terrible front offices. It's a wonder I tell you.

    Derrick Ward signs with TB

Coulda had him last year. He was a free agent and didn't get any takers and had to go back to the Giants. I think his salary last year with the G-men was 1.3 million.

Monday FA visits | CB McFadden, RB Lamont Jordan, FB John Kuhn

I remember when we signed him as a free agent the team was disappointed that he came to camp out of shape. I think they want a fullback that contributes on special teams more too.

    Cards up offer to Kurt????

The funny thing is that several weeks ago before negotiations began MJ said that 8M a year for two years was a good offer and more than fair. Then when negotiations began and Warner balked at 8M and the Cards went to 10M per year they thought that was more than fair. Now they have just lost...

Which RB would you rather have?

Make that two. I'm finding it hard not to think that he might be the best back in the draft.

why are people getting so mad that we have not signed warner

They threw less passes and had more sacks but he will get hit less in SF than with the Cardinals. Is that your arguement? So you are really asking us to believe that Warner will get sacked more in SF but get hit less. Your saying he will hardly ever get hit in SF except when he gets sacked...

    Warner As Good As Gone?

I really don't have a problem with Warner getting as much as he can. I equally don't have a problem with the Cards setting a value they think is fair and sticking with that.

Kurt Warner is in talks with the SF 49ers (confirmed by his agent)

You know Mitch I can't argue with that statement at all. I wouldn't have a problem with giving him what he wants if he was going to be the best thing for the next decade too, but he's not. He isn't going to be winning the west five or ten years from now or even two years from now. That's what...

    40 times at the combine

They were having some trouble with the finish line but I believe that the hand start and the electronic finish are the way they've always done it.

why are people getting so mad that we have not signed warner

The Cardinals were 6th in sacks allowed per pass attempt. That sounds stellar to me.

    Warner taregeted by others

The teams that just keep riding the horse till it breaks down are the teams that fall off the cliff themselves. It sounds harsh but teams have to cut the cord before a player breaks down. The successful teams figure out when that is going to happen and make the break. And I do think age is...

    Warner Takes Aim; Hits Foot

You mean how the Jets set the bar with that wonderful Calvin Pace signing and 20 million upfront? So if another team does something really stupid that is the standard we should go by.:?

Somers Reports 49ers Appear To Be Serious About Kurt: Set Up Meeting

There wasn't a storm made perfect enough to ever take the Cards to the Super Bowl till Whisenhunt arrived. If you can't see the complete turn around in just the ability to judge talent there is no help for you. Our drafts and free agent pickups have shown that somebody in the organization...

Arizona Cardinals | CB Bryant McFadden visits

I didn't say we have a very good pass rush. You implied we didn't have any good pass rushers. I and some of the other posters showed that Dockett is one of the best from the tackle position. We do need to get better at other positions. I think we suffered with the pass rush once LaBoy got...

    Warner taregeted by others

You've got to take his age into consideration. It catches every player and Warner is no exception. Will it catch him next year? We don't know, but you have to factor it in. The older he get's the more likely it is. To just ignore it is foolish and doesn't take into account the best interests of...

    Matt Cassel traded to Chiefs

Not bunk! Mike Jureki reported that there is pool going on within the offensive players on the Arizona Cardinals of when Haley will first be punched in the face by a Chiefs player. I guess Waters had a brief conversation with Haley and asked him about current players and how they fit in with...
