    You sure? Wasn't Linton Johnson on a 10 day contract basis pretty much all season while he was here? He was on our playoff roster. Unless maybe you have to sign them to a guaranteed deal to get them on your playoff roster, but by then, the contract is probably peanuts anyway.

    Just a financial move by the Suns. Brown's contract would've become guaranteed if they didn't release him this week. Wouldn't be surprised to see him brought back on a 10 day contract basis. I don't think there's much this in terms of a trade or anything.
